The Portfolio package is a 2-hour photoshoot ideal for individuals who need multiple headshot variations for business, social, and personal use.

We will use a range of different lighting set-ups and background colours to capture a wide set of styles.

The additional time will also give you the opportunity for various outfit changes, hair styling options, and poses.

In essence, this is a fully bespoke package tailored to your unique needs and interests.

The shots will also be reviewed throughout the session, and we will have ample time to work together on different looks to make sure you come away with an outstanding set of images.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• 2 hour session

• More than 300 photos taken

• Full flexibility over number of outfit changes, hair stylings, background colours, lighting set ups and styles.

• Minimum of 60 unedited proof images provided within 24hrs to choose your favourites for editing.

• Ten professionally retouched images, supplied in B&W plus Colour within 3-5 days.

• Extra edited images £20 each.

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

You can schedule your photoshoot using the on-site calendar or by contacting Grafton Studio directly to reserve your preferred date and time.

Bookings will only be confirmed once you have paid the £40 deposit or full package amount. If paying the deposit, the balance is due on the day of your shoot (see the Terms and Conditions page for more information on payment terms).

BEFORE THE PHOTOSHOOT

Once you’ve booked, you will receive an email confirming the date/time of your booking, plus details of where to come.

I will also reach out prior to your photoshoot to answer any questions you might have and to give some suggestions on what to wear.

DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT

Please arrive no later than five minutes prior to your scheduled session.

The session will start with a few minutes to discuss the shoot. This is designed to get you comfortable with the set-up, to go over or recap the brief, and to agree any last-minute changes.

During the shoot, I will be giving you regular feedback on how to stand and pose, often suggesting minor adjustments to shoulder and head positioning, as well as facial expressions to get the right ‘look’. 

We will take short breaks to review the photos in camera or on screen and discuss together any desired changes to the look and feel to ensure you come away with the photos you need.

AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT

Once the shoot is over, I will send you a private gallery of selected photos within 24hrs, giving you the option to select your own favourites for editing. If you don’t have time, or prefer not to, I can make my own selections via the ‘Help me choose’ add on.

Final edited photos will then be supplied within 3-5 days, or alternatively an express 24hr or 48hr service can be chosen for an additional fee.

All sessions are held on weekday evenings or weekends at my well-equipped and vibrant home studio in London NW5. Walking distance from Kentish Town, Camden, Hampstead, and Kings Cross.
